Comtec Conventions & Special Events is the official organizer of the Conference. We have secured special accommodation rates at the I NTERC ONTINENTAL Hotel in Geneva, the Conference headquarter hotel. Additional hotels are available also and should be reserved directly with Kouni Destination Management via the below link.

Early Departure fee
Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date on check-in.

Comtec Conventions & Special Events and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Cancellation Policy
* Up to 45 days prior to arrival: 100% refund less one night cancellation fee
* From 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: 2 night cancellation fee
* Less than 30 days prior to arrival and No-Shows: no refund
In the event of a no-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and payment will be non-refundable.
